Returns
You may print a pre-paid return label from Bench & Loom, attach it to your box and drop it in the mail. Upon receipt of your package we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with our policies (or exchange if requested). A shipping and handling fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please follow these steps:
Making a Return (outside the United States)
You may send the item(s) back at your own expense. Upon receipt of your package we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with our policies (or exchange if requested). The package must:
- For a refund or exchange, returns must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.
- Items are to be returned new, free of blemishes, odors or signs of wear, with tags and labels still attached. Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled or washed will not be accepted.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Any special product boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
- If an item is returned due to a mistake made by us, we’ll pay the shipping.

- Step-by-step instructions will allow you to print a return label
- include a copy of the receipt

Refunds
- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
- If your order has been sent to a destination within Utah, all sales tax will be refunded. Outside the U.S., any customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Bench & Loom. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
